When an agent records a WhatsApp follow-up, SalesRocket checks the chat with that buyer and confirms that a message was sent within minutes of the record. The send time is saved on the activity.
This plugin relies on our partner 2Chat, which connects each agent's WhatsApp number to SalesRocket. A 2Chat connection is required for every agent who uses it.
