2026 product highlights

What we delivered last quarter and what our team is building now, with who each feature is for and how it is used.

Q3 2026

Delivered
  • Lead recycling batches

Give cold leads a second chance. Select a snapshot of cold or unworked leads, choose the agents who will work them and set a daily limit. SalesRocket then releases the leads gradually, so your team is never overwhelmed.

    Who it's for
    Sales managers and sales directors
    Example
A project launched six months ago has 800 cold leads. The sales manager recycles them to a team of five agents at 40 leads per day, so every lead receives a fresh follow-up within 20 days.
  • Segments and snapshots

Save any lead filter as a segment that updates in real time. Capture a snapshot to freeze the matching list at a specific moment for campaigns, audits or recycling.

    Who it's for
    Marketing teams and sales managers
    Example
Before launching a new phase, the marketing team captures a snapshot of every buyer who enquired about the previous phase and invites them to an exclusive preview.
  • Call tracking integration

Each advertised campaign number is linked to a project and lead source. When a prospect calls, the call is recorded as a registration and enters the normal assignment flow automatically.

    Who it's for
Marketing teams running print, outdoor and digital campaigns
    Example
A highway billboard displays a dedicated phone number. Every call to that number is recorded against the correct project, attributed to the billboard campaign and assigned to the next agent in the queue.

Q4 2026

In progress
  • Marketing overview

A live dashboard that follows every lead from registration to interest, assignment and booking, broken down by source and campaign, with drill-down into the details.

    Who it's for
    Marketing managers and senior management
    Example
The marketing manager compares social media and property portal campaigns for the month, identifies which source produced actual bookings rather than just registrations, and reallocates the budget accordingly.
  • Spam automation and lead suppression

Set rules that suppress a contact automatically once it has been marked as junk a set number of times within a given period. Suppression can apply to one project, a township or the whole organisation.

    Who it's for
    Sales administrators and sales managers
    Example
A number repeatedly submits fake enquiries across campaigns. After agents mark it as junk three times in 30 days, SalesRocket suppresses it, so agents stop receiving it and KPI figures stay accurate.
  • Users, roles and data access

Add users, assign roles, control which projects and townships each person can see and manage assignment queues, all from a single screen.

    Who it's for
System administrators and sales operations teams
    Example
A new agent joins the Township B team. The administrator copies an existing team member's setup, including role, project access and queues, so the new agent can receive leads on the same day.
  • Survey report export

Export survey responses to an Excel workbook with results grouped by question, ready for analysis and reporting.

    Who it's for
    Marketing and customer experience teams
    Example
After a launch weekend, the marketing team exports visitor survey results to understand how buyers heard about the project and which unit types they prefer.
2025 – 2026

Earlier releases

Everything we delivered from Q1 2025 to Q2 2026, newest first.

Q2 2026

Delivered
  • AI interest advisor

AI reads the buyer's profile, recent notes and follow-up history, then advises the agent on the next step for that lead.

    Who it's for
    Sales agents and sales managers
    Example
Before calling back a hot lead, an agent opens the advice. It notes that the buyer is a first-time buyer who asked about car parks twice, and recommends a gallery visit to see the units with two car parks.
  • Automatic reassignment on KPI breach

Turn on reassignment for a project, and leads that are not followed up within the KPI time move automatically to another agent.

    Who it's for
    Sales managers and sales directors
    Example
An agent is busy at a site visit and misses a new registration. When the KPI time ends, SalesRocket reassigns the lead to the next agent, so the buyer still receives a fast response.
  • Pause agents in the queue

Pause an agent for a set number of days or until further notice. A paused agent receives no new leads, and the rest of the queue continues as normal.

    Who it's for
    Sales managers and sales administrators
    Example
An agent takes five days of annual leave. The manager pauses the agent for five days, and new leads go to the agents who are working. Assignment resumes automatically when the leave ends.
  • Ad click tracking

Each registration keeps the click and lead form identifiers from Google, Meta and TikTok ads, together with the visitor's city and country.

    Who it's for
    Marketing teams and digital agencies
    Example
A digital agency traces a booking back to the Google ad group that produced the original registration, and moves more budget to that ad group.
  • Buyer unit engagement

See which units each buyer views, how often and for how long, and which units they shortlist or compare.

    Who it's for
Sales agents, sales managers and marketing teams
    Example
A buyer views the same corner unit six times in one week. The agent sees this and calls the buyer to arrange a viewing of that unit.

Q1 2026

Delivered
  • Launch-day balloting

Record attendance at check-in, issue ballot numbers, run the ballot within the set time window and go straight to booking. Learn more about balloting.

    Who it's for
Launch event teams and sales administrators
    Example
A popular phase receives more buyers than units. Only buyers who checked in can take part in the ballot, and each buyer books in ballot order.
  • Purchaser details and IC verification

Record main and joint purchasers, or a company purchaser with its registration, TIN and SST numbers for e-invoicing. Buyers upload the front and back of their IC for verification.

    Who it's for
    Sales administrators
    Example
A company buys three units for staff housing. The administrator records the company details once, so the booking documents and e-invoices are correct without retyping.

Q4 2025

Delivered
  • KPI breach reminders

Agents receive a push notification two hours and one hour before a new lead breaches its KPI time. They are also reminded about hot leads that have had no follow-up for 20 days, before the lead closes automatically.

    Who it's for
    Sales agents
    Example
An agent forgets a lead assigned during a busy morning. The one-hour reminder appears on the phone, and the agent calls the buyer before the KPI time ends.
  • Blacklist

Blacklist a mobile number, email address or IC number, with a reason. Blacklisted contacts are no longer assigned to agents.

    Who it's for
    Sales administrators
    Example
A competitor's staff register repeatedly to collect pricing information. The administrator blacklists their numbers, and agents no longer spend time on them.
  • Recycling after auto-close

When a lead closes automatically because nobody followed it up, SalesRocket can recycle it to another agent. You choose for each project whether recycled leads count towards the receiving agent's KPI.

    Who it's for
    Sales managers
    Example
A lead receives no follow-up for 21 days and closes. Instead of being lost, it goes to a new agent, who contacts the buyer again the same day.
  • Daily quests and monthly badges

Agents receive daily quests, such as contacting new leads within one hour or scheduling appointments, and earn monthly badges for good habits.

    Who it's for
    Sales agents and sales managers
    Example
A daily quest asks agents to contact recycled leads. The team competes for the monthly badge, and old leads receive attention they would otherwise miss.
  • Assignment decision log

Every registration records why it was assigned to a specific agent, so every assignment can be explained.

    Who it's for
Sales operations teams and sales managers
    Example
An agent asks why a returning buyer went to a colleague. The manager opens the log and sees that the buyer was still assigned to that colleague from an earlier enquiry.

Q3 2025

Delivered
  • AI chatbot lead evaluation

An AI chatbot contacts each new lead, asks about income and monthly commitments, and gives each lead an indicative loan eligibility and a grade. The grade is shown on the lead, so agents know who to call first.

    Who it's for
    Sales agents and sales managers
    Example
Fifty leads arrive overnight from a campaign. By morning, the chatbot has graded them, and agents start with the buyers whose income suits the project.
  • Agent daily capacity

Set a daily limit on new leads for each agent to keep workloads balanced. Each queue shows how many leads it has received today against its total capacity.

    Who it's for
    Sales managers and sales administrators
    Example
A new agent is still learning the project. The manager sets a limit of ten new leads per day, so the agent can follow up every lead properly while experienced agents take the rest.
  • Post-visit survey emails

After a buyer visits the sales gallery, SalesRocket emails a survey link with the buyer's details already filled in. The survey is recorded on the lead.

    Who it's for
    Marketing and customer experience teams
    Example
After a weekend of walk-ins, the team collects feedback on each visit and sees which agents and galleries receive the best ratings.
  • Appointment status tracking

Each appointment is now scheduled, completed or cancelled, with the time of cancellation recorded.

    Who it's for
    Sales managers
    Example
A manager compares appointments scheduled and completed for each agent and coaches the agents whose buyers cancel most often.

Q2 2025

Delivered
  • Role-based feature permissions

Control which features each role can use, from whole modules down to individual screens.

    Who it's for
    System administrators
    Example
Agents can view and update their own leads, while only sales managers can reassign leads and export reports.
  • Referral email alerts

When a registration includes a referrer, the project team receives an email with the referrer's and the buyer's details. Alerts can be set for a whole township or a single project.

    Who it's for
Sales administrators and referral programme teams
    Example
An existing owner refers a friend through the online form. The referral team is emailed immediately, so they can record the referral reward correctly.
  • API for data access

Give your marketing agencies secure access to lead quality data, such as registration status, lead status and source, so they can monitor campaign performance in their own tools.

    Who it's for
Digital marketing agencies and marketing managers
    Example
A digital agency connects its reporting dashboard to SalesRocket. It sees which campaigns bring genuine buyers and which bring duplicates or junk, and adjusts targeting without waiting for a monthly report.

Q1 2025

Delivered
  • Verified WhatsApp follow-ups

Agents connect their WhatsApp number to SalesRocket. When an agent records a WhatsApp follow-up, SalesRocket checks that a message was actually sent to the buyer and records the time it was sent. Learn more about WhatsApp follow-up verification.

    Who it's for
    Sales managers and sales directors
    Example
A manager reviews follow-up activity for the month and can trust that each recorded WhatsApp follow-up matches a real message to the buyer.
  • Campaign cost and cost per lead

Enter the cost of each campaign, and the marketing tracker shows the cost per registration, per unique lead and per hot lead.

    Who it's for
    Marketing managers
    Example
Two campaigns cost the same, but one produces three times more hot leads. The marketing manager moves the next month's budget to that campaign.
  • Inbound call logging

Record calls that buyers make to agents as a separate activity from calls that agents make to buyers.

    Who it's for
    Sales agents and sales managers
    Example
A buyer calls the agent back to ask about a unit. The agent logs it as an inbound call, so the manager can see which buyers are reaching out on their own.
