What it does
The advisor reads each lead's details, your team's sales notes and recent follow-ups, such as calls, WhatsApp messages, walk-ins and appointments. It then writes a short summary of where the lead stands and the single best next step, including what to ask the buyer. It also points out the risk of doing nothing and what to avoid.
When the best next step is a WhatsApp message, it drafts one that greets the buyer by name. Advice is refreshed daily for leads with new activity, and agents can request fresh advice for a lead once an hour.
This plugin relies on our partner Google, whose Gemini models write the advice. A Gemini API key is required. The advice is a suggestion: your team decides what to do and what to send.
